Job Duties:
- Receive, test, repair and maintain lighting fixtures and equipment using set company procedure and guidelines,
- General repair and maintenance of the equipment, including providing technical support to customers as needed,
- Perform technical diagnosis and identify fixtures requiring further repair,
- Follow the technical problems of the after-sales service and bring support to the different stages of the resolution,
- Prepare equipment for orders, ensure that products to be sent to customers are controlled, properly managed and reintegrated in demo stock,
- Ensure the proper functioning of the demonstration equipment and repair as needed,
- Provide product technical support to sales staff,
- Participate in trade shows organization and ensure their preparation and smooth technical progress,
- Carry out inventories,
- Support warehouse manager as required.
Skill and qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing/servicing in moving lights,
- Familiarity with lighting industry is preferable,
- Ability to work independently, to prioritize and to solve problem in a fast pace environment,
- Excellent customer service skills,
- Excellent written and spoken English.
