AYRTON Mobile Manager Application Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which AYRTON Mobile Manager collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of the AYRTON Mobile Manager application (« App »). This privacy policy applies to the App and all products and services offered by AYRTON Mobile Manager.

  9. « Intelligent Lighting Fixture » defined as lightingthat has automated or mechanical abilities beyond those of traditional, stationary illumination.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE 
AYRTON Mobile Manager does not collect any Usage Data or Personal Data. We do not track, store,  share, or sell any Personal Data from our Users. We respect Your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

AYRTON Mobile Manager’s use of the main permissions network use permissions, local storage permissions

  1. NFC enabled Lighting Fixture’s data is stored internally in the app.
  2. AYRTON Mobile Manager stores part of the product information, reads the Intelligent Lighting Fixture’s NFC from the network cloud storage AWS S3 or other cloud storage query that corresponds with the Intelligent Lighting Fixture’s information, downloads the Intelligent Lighting Fixtures data in the NFC format structure file, the file format is JSON format, containing the Intelligent Lighting Fixture’s data of the menu parameters. The downloaded file will be stored in the internal Ayrton Mobile Manager App of the Device, there is no data transfer or sharing with other apps. The file is only used to parse the Intelligent Lighting Fixture’s menu parameters and usage information.
  3. Requires access to the NFC standard mode of the Device for reading and writing data.

CHILDREN’S POLICY
AYRTON Mobile Manager does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

LOG DATA
We do not collect any log data from our users.

COOKIES
We do not use cookies.

DATA RETENTION
AYRTON Mobile Manager does not retain any Personal Data.

SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to protect Your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet or wireless network can be guaranteed. Therefore, We cannot guarantee the security of Your information.
